ABA Commission on Women in the Profession is conducting a survey on parenthood.  This is the first-ever national survey for understanding the impact of raising children on legal careers.  The Survey addresses questions that touch on well-being, feelings of inclusion and belonging, isolation, stress, and many other topics that are key to lawyer wellness.

The Survey is geared to both men and women, with and without children — to do meaningful analyses to get at key factors about parenting and what parents need from their employers to have satisfying long-term careers.  The link to participate in the Survey is here.  The deadline to participate is September 28, 2022 at 11 PM ET.
